History

Tom & JP Ingrain Construction was founded in 2012 by Tom Grab, a master carpenter by schooling and trade. Tom’s vision was to provide clients with the best construction management team while also providing a highly specialized carpentry workforce.  In 2016, JP and Tom Grab teamed up to build Ingrain into what it is today, building off of a strong foundation and utilizing JP’s industry knowledge and Tom’s technical expertise.  In 2019, Dave joined the executive team to lead management of day-to-day operations.  Tom, JP and Dave all have a shared vision that, in an increasingly congested industry, Ingrain will stand out from its competitors through excellent client service and efficient project management.
